Partnership with existing clients and potential clients
Responsibility for the overall project management process and pro-actively advises clients on the best solutions of project management and implementation
Provide regular and effective two-way communication between the client and team
Support team to negotiate with client/ supplier
Plan and assign tasks for team
Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers and personnel to gain the best quality of products and services with reasonable costs
Control budget and schedule effectively to ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable
Guide, coach and manage team assigned to ensure that they execute the projects professionally
Handle emergency situations arise and unintended conflicts between members of the team and other departments

2. Yêu cầuBachelor degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in agencies
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent trouble-shooting and solution-finding skills in terms of staff and projects
Be an oriented strong and positive leader
Ability to work under high pressure
