1. Mô tả công việc
Lead sales team to initiate and manage daily client requests and handle client demands to proactively find solutions.
Research the market & competitors to develop effective solutions for clients creatively
Strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels and disciplines
Day to day management and coordination of the account team.
Build strong relationship with key client teams
Manage relationships across agency and client networks.
Handle budgets and manage campaign costs
Arrange and chair meetings and report writing
Other tasks assigned
2. Yêu cầuGood skills of MS Office and internet technology
Fluent in English( speaking and writing) and Vietnamese
Good communication skills, presentation skills, sales skills and interpersonal skills
At least 5 years experience in rate planning và account management.
Can work under pressure.
